這個問題我也問過。如果是私人用途，應該是沒問題的...

http://www.mozilla.org/foundation/trademarks/faq.html 裡說到：

「The logos which are built into Firefox and Thunderird by default -
the globe without the fox, and the original blue bird - are explicitly not
trademarked. The files themselves are available under the mozilla.org
tri-license; you can do anything you like with them under those terms.」

我想... "the globe without the fox"跟"the fox without the globe"是一樣吧... 因為它有"the original blue bird", 即是"the bird without the mail"吧...

Hmm... Honestly I'm not sure and I'm not a lawyer, so I can't give you
the final word. What I can tell you though is that as long as you're
not making money and not claiming that you invited Firefox or Thunderbird,
you're pretty much free to use the logos as you wish. That's not a legal
agreement, but my understanding of things given the way things have gone
on this site.
